Welcome to SwiftLoad GH, operated by EmmakTech Networks ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at swiftloadgh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use SwiftLoad GH.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SwiftLoad GH. By using our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

SwiftLoad GH provides the following services: • Data bundle sales for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo Ghana networks • MTN AFA (Automatic Fixed Account) registration assistance • Guest checkout for one-time data bundle purchases without account creation All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

When you create an account on SwiftLoad GH, you are responsible for: • Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration • Keeping your login credentials confidential • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

SwiftLoad GH provides a digital wallet for funding and purchasing services. The following terms apply: • Wallet funds are deposited via Paystack using card or Mobile Money • All transactions are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) • Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users • Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as cash — they can only be used to purchase services on SwiftLoad GH • We are not responsible for failed transactions caused by your bank or mobile money provider • Ensure your phone number is correct before placing any order — we cannot reverse successfully delivered bundles

SwiftLoad GH offers a referral bonus program with the following conditions: • When a user signs up using your unique referral link, you earn a bonus credited to your SwiftLoad wallet • You earn a percentage of every data bundle purchase made by your referrals • Referral bonuses are credited as wallet balance only — they cannot be withdrawn as cash • Wallet balance from referral bonuses can only be used to purchase data bundles on SwiftLoad GH • Any attempt to abuse the referral system (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

Once an order is placed and payment is deducted: • Data bundles are delivered instantly to the specified phone number • Successfully delivered bundles cannot be reversed or refunded • If an order fails after payment is deducted, your wallet will be refunded automatically • For failed orders that are not automatically refunded, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours • Guest orders follow the same refund policy • AFA registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process has been initiated

You agree not to use SwiftLoad GH for any of the following: • Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral system • Reselling our services without authorization • Using automated bots or scripts to place orders • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform • Providing false identity information Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

SwiftLoad GH shall not be held liable for: • Network downtime or delays caused by MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo • Failed transactions caused by your bank or mobile money provider • Loss of data or service interruptions beyond our control • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if: • You violate any of these Terms of Service • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account • You engage in chargebacks or payment disputes without valid cause • You abuse the referral or wallet system Upon termination, any unused wallet balance may be forfeited if the account was suspended due to a violation.

Your use of SwiftLoad GH is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SwiftLoad GH after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of SwiftLoad GH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
